Early Dutch blue and white shallow bowl. Reputed 10 Downing St. item.

Belonging to Count Johann Caspar von Bothmer zu Schwegerhoff, this bowl is purported to have returned from 10 Downing Street after the death of the Count in 1732. It hung in the Droste Museum in Meersburg until it travelled with the Baroness Helene von Bothmer to the US.
